To participate in the festival of Baghdad the Capital of Arab Culture, which is about to start on this Saturday, many Arab and foreign delegations arrived in Baghdad.
According to a statement from Ministry of Culture, it has been revealed that the Ministry of Culture Undersecretary Tahir al-Hamoud received delegation from the Palestinian Minister of Culture Siham al-Barghuthi. Also, UAE Deputy Minister of Culture, Bilal al-Batar will reach to attend the ceremony.
The statement also added that Lebanese Deputy Culture Minister, Faisal Talib will also join the program, and also delegations from Yemen, Mauritania and Serbia are expected to some. All participating delegations are welcomed by Hamoud in the festival of Baghdad the Capital of Arab Culture for 2013.
