Trade fair in Thi Qar province | ||

The second Thi Qar fair was opened here today with the participation of about 40 local and international companies. The opening was covered by French and Iranian diplomatic presence. Local sources said that this fair is "a message to investors that the province has good investment environment opportunities, in addition to its oil and tourism potentialities". The first Thi Qar fair was held on 3 March, 2013. Nassiriya, center of the province, lies 365 km south of the capital, Baghdad. | ||
