Kurdish president refused press conference at Germany

The President of Kurdistan Region, Masoud Barzani, refused to hold a press conference on the margins of the Munch Security Conference.
The Director of the Media Center of the Conference stated "Barzani was unsatisfied with the place that will host the conference and refused to hold it."
