Distribution of financial merits of rice farmers, announced by Iraqi minister

Hoshyar Zebari, Finance Minister of Iraq, announced the distribution the financial merits of the farmers of rice.
He mentioned, "During the next few days, 250 Billion IQD will be distributed on all the famers and especially of rice."
