Iraqi planes spread leaflets asking civilians to evacuate Heet district

According to the security sources, it has been reported that the Iraqi planes have thrown leaflets on Heet district asking the civilians to evacuate the district so that a military operation can be initiated to topple ISIL militants from the region.
