Iraq ministry of trade is offering tender to provide rice on ration card

The ministry of trade has announced the offering of a tender for equipping 30 tons of rice for favor of ration card.
In a statement, the ministry of trade reported, ''The tender stipulates that the rice should be in accordance to the standards adopted by the General Company of Grain Trade,'' noting that ''The offers to the tender will remain valid till 22/ November/2013.''
The statement concluded, ''The offers of the tender should be associated by initial assurances and Bank guarantee or certificated check paid for the General Company of Grain Trade within the MoT.''
