The central bank of Iraq has disclosed today that around 15 Arab and foreign banks opened their branches during the last three months of this year.
The sources have also remarked that the policy of the CBI is encouraging foreign banks to open branches or participation in the capitals of local banks.
It has also been declared that the Central Bank of Iraq withdrew the license of an Arab banking institution for violating CBI regulations.
